Product Description of semi-automatic (gun type) grounding rod:
The grounding rod is composed of insulated operating rod and grounding clamp. The insulating operating rod is made of raw materials such as epoxy resin with excellent insulation performance, which can meet the high-voltage insulation requirements and ensure the safety of electrical maintenance personnel; There are many kinds of grounding wire clamps, which are mainly used for temporary grounding with high-voltage bus. According to the difference between the high voltage bus and the busbar or cable, the flat end grounding clamp or line grounding clamp shall be selected.



Semi-automatic (gun type) grounding rod:
The lower end of the semi-automatic grounding rod is equipped with a spring grip handle. Just hold the switch to lock or release the front clamp, and then operate the hooking and dismantling of the grounding wire, which is convenient, simple and fast.


Structural features of semi-automatic (gun type) grounding rod:
1. The main parts such as the line clamp are made of aluminum alloy die casting, and the line clamp is durable.
2. Easy to operate, especially the spring compression type, just hang and pull the wire.
3. The supporting facilities are reasonable and the functions are reliable. The "grounding wire" shall be selected reasonably according to the voltage grade. The wire clamp has simple structure and large contact surface with the conductor.

Semi-automatic (gun type) grounding rod clamp:
Gun type grounding rod clamp can be single tongue type, double tongue type, flat mouth spiral compression type and double spring hook type round mouth spiral clamp. Flat mouth spiral clamp is commonly used.


The grounding wires of various voltage levels other than semi-automatic (gun type) grounding rods have their own use standards.
High voltage short circuit grounding wire Standard resistance to ground: DC resistance is measured between terminals. For various sections of 25mm2, 35mm2, 50mm2, 70mm2 and 95mm2120mm2, the average resistance per meter shall be less than 0.79m Ω, 0.56m Ω, 0.40m Ω, 0.28m Ω, 0.21m Ω and 0.16m Ω respectively. The test period shall not exceed 1 year.
