Description:
Modern Enameled Aluminum Magnet Wire or Enameled Copper Magnet Wire typically uses one to three layers of polymer film insulation, often of two different compositions, to provide a tough, continuous insulating layer. Magnet wire insulating films use (in order of increasing temperature range) polyvinyl formal or Formvar (PVF), polyurethane, polyamide (PUW), polyester (PEW), polyester-polyimide (EIW), polyamide-polyimide (or amide-imide) (AI-EIW), and polyimide (AIW). Polyimide insulated magnet wire is capable of operation at up to 250°C. The insulation of thicker square or enameled rectangular aluminum or copper magnet wire is often augmented by wrapping it with a high-temperature polyimide or fiberglass tape, and completed windings are often vacuum impregnated with an insulating varnish to improve insulation strength and long-term reliability of the winding.
 
Enameled aluminum wire is one of the main types of winding wire, which is composed of a conductor and an insulating layer. After the bare wire is softened by annealing, it is painted and baked many times. The enameled wire is divided into flat type, round type and square type, used for long-term refrigeration equipment and chemically corroded electrical equipment, dry-type transformers, oil-immersed transformers, epoxy cast transformers, iron separators, electromagnets and other electromechanical equipment

Manufacturing Technique:
1) Stretching and squeezing copper/aluminum conductor into require diameters, rounded or flat, by enameled wire machine 
2)Suitable copper/aluminum wire conductor is painted by insulation materials
3) Forced air cooling improves the quality of enameled wire. Use a blower to cool the wire in countercurrent through the air duct and cooler. Note that the air source must be used after purification to avoid blowing impurities and dust on the surface of the enameled wire, sticking to the paint film, and causing surface problems.
4) The purpose of receiving and arranging the wire is to continuously, tightly and evenly wind the enameled wire onto the spool
