Description:
Polyester resin impregnated fiberglass banding tape is made of parallelly twisted Fiberglass yarns preimpregnated with a kind of   thermosetting epoxy resin. It is soft and sticky. Its web-shape structure is easily unwinded without glass strands separation and overlapping.
Polyester Resin Impregnated Fiberglass Web Banding Tape consist of parallel twisted E glass yarns preimpregnated with a special --thermosetting polyester resin. 
 
Applications:
   Widely used as ideal banding materials for electrical motors, transformers and lightning arresters. Used as banding materials for electrical motors, transformers , lightning arresters and mutual inductors.
-- The product contributes the characteristics of high tensile strength, high resistance to shocks, high modulus of elasticity, dimensional stability as well as no magnetically confining and eddy currents losses.
-- Can be widely used as ideal banding materials for electrical motors, transformers and lightning arresters.
    After e-glass fiber yarn merged and impregnated with thermosetting resin ,become semi-cured insulating tape products. It is divided into parallel and mesh unidrectional binding tape .Mesh unidrectional binding tape is characterized by horizontal open to mesh structure. It has good electrical insulation properties, good flexibility, high tensile strength, high rigidity, good binding strength, easy rewinding utilization rate, B, F, H-class can do long-term continuous work on 130 ºC, 155 ºC, 200 ºC condition , and its the most suitable banding material for large motor, transformer, arrester and mutual inductor.
