Using bare copper wire or tin-plated copper braided wire (strand), made by cold pressing method. The lap interface of copper bar soft connection is welded by molecular diffusion welding technology. The product has the characteristics of good quality, strong conductivity, large current, small resistance value and durable. Widely used in metallurgy (e.g. electrolytic aluminum electrolytic zinc electrolytic copper), chemical (e.g. electroplating), power plant, power equipment.

Process Technology:
The manufacturing process of copper foil soft joint is usually taken pressure welding or brazing welding.
Pressure welding :that is to press the copper strips or aluminum strips together firstly then use the molecular diffusion
technology to weld such strips to be an integrity by high current heating. 
Thickness of copper strip and aluminum strip: 0.05mm to 0.3mm.
Remarks: the contact surface can be tinned, nickel plated or silver plated according to the user's requirements (except for aluminum strip).
Brazing welding :that is to press the copper strips or aluminum strips together firstly, then use the silver-based solder to butt weld these strips to flat copper block.
Thickness of copper strip and aluminum strip: 0.05mm to 0.3mm.
Remarks: the contact surface can be tinned, nickel plated or silver plated according to the user's requirements (except for aluminum strip).
