Enameled wire is a main material for the electrical machine, electrical appliance, household appliance, ect.
The different enameled wires have different qualities and characteristics, but all possess mechanical property, chemical property ,electrical property, febricity.
2,The insulating material.
(i) Acetal Enameled Wire
Advantages: fine mechanical strength, adhesiveness, transformer oil resistant and refrigerant performance.
Disadvantages: Anti-moisture performance is poor, the breakdown of the thermal softening is low. The durable of
benzene mixed solvent performance is weak.
Application: Few used in oil immersed transformer, oil filled motor winding.
(ii)Polyester and Modified Polyester Enameled Wire, Ordinary Polyester Enameled Wire.
Thermal level is 130,after modify the thermal level is 155.
Advantages: The mechanical strength is high, fine elasticity, scratch-resistant. The adhesiveness, behavior of electricity

Advantage of AL Enameled Wire :
1.Enameled aluminum wire ,High resistance to heat shock, high temperature and good performance at softening breakdown, suitable for high-speed automated routing, able to be direct weld, with no pinhole, resistive to high frequency, wearing, refrigerants and electronics corona, high breakdown voltage
2. Compared with the copper enameled wire, enameled aluminum wire is easier to be winded, also there is a solid oxide film on the surface of enameled aluminum wire, which make it has a good insulating effect, a long life.
