Structure Composition:
1.Conductor:
Insulated flexible busbar conductor use T2 soft state copper belt, the soft state can devide to bare copper and tin plated copper
2.Insulation layer:
Flexible insulating busbar of insulating layer has special polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) of two kinds of materials. The characteristics of TPE with low smoke and no halogen.
Production standards:
Flexible insulating busbar don't have a special standard in the world, The United States borrow UL758 electronic line standards for production certification, China's enterprises refer to GB/T5023 insulation cable standard and UL758 electronic line standard.
The flexible copper braided connectors are made of flexible copper braids with solderless pressed ferrules at each side as contact areas. The flexible copper braids consist o Cu-ETP wires which are braided according to standard JB/T6313.2-2001.

Product features:
Our highly flexible braided copper tapes consist of annealed uncoated or tinned copper wires. The ends of the
cable have seamless contact areas which have been pressed on under extreme pressure (not soldered). By
using this production method material of same analysis and same conductivity (E-Cu tubing and stranded wire)is being connected without using foreign materials like tin or welding additions. This creates a flexible
component with very low resistance. Upon request, the current cables can also be insulated with PVC/silicone
or another insulating material. For use in galvanising equipment, we also provide liquid resistant versions. We
produce customer specific versions to plan or drawing on short notice and inexpensively. The values shown on
the next page refer to individual cables and are independent standard values. They are manufactured as flat
rolled tubes. The construction of the braids are so selected that a maximum of flexibility and a optimal finishing
is guaranteed.

2.Copper Flexible Bus Bars
Copper Flexible Bus Bars are manufactured using superior grade copper comprising stacked strips coming with riveted/welded contact areas. Further, these flexible busbar feature constant crosssections over whole length and can be loaded with same current. Here, a part of connectors are used as flexible expansion connectors so as to connect busbars with transformers, switch gears, generators and other equipment.
