Product description:
The personal security grounding wire is mainly used at the electrical operation site to avoid the harm of various induced voltages to operators. Type: Security wire can be divided into 3 phase type, 4 phase type and 5 phase type according to the number of phases used, and can be divided into short circuit type and short circuit grounding type according to the short circuit grounding type. The common specification of security line is 16 square meters.

The structural characteristics of the personal security wire (clamp type):

Use and maintenance of personal security line:
Before using the personal security line, the power supply should be checked to confirm that the power has been cut off, and it should be carried out after confirming that there is no voltage on the equipment. First, connect the grounding clamp to the grounding grid or flat iron piece, and then use the grounding rod to tighten the wire ends on the equipment wires. When removing the short circuit grounding wire, the sequence is exactly opposite to the above. The distance between the installed short circuit grounding wire and the live equipment shall not be less than the new value specified in the Electric Power Safety Work Regulations in consideration of the influence of the grounding wire swing. It is strictly prohibited to use winding method for grounding short circuit without wire clamp. Portable short circuit grounding wire shall be properly kept. Before each use, carefully check whether it is in good condition, the soft copper wire is not exposed, and the nut is not loose, otherwise it cannot be used. The inspection cycle of portable short circuit grounding wire is once every five years, and the inspection items are the same as factory inspection. The portable short circuit grounding wire passing the test shall be scrapped generally according to the size of short circuit current and visual inspection after being subjected to short circuit.
